Welcome to the E.G. Lutz Memorial Art Museum. E.G. Lutz was an artist and author of 17 how-to books on drawing and art.
In the lobby you can check your coat and purchase tickets to the museum. Free Wi-Fi is available while visiting the museum.
The galleries on Level 1 show the illustrations from several of E.G. Lutz’s books, as well as from newspapers and magazines. An information booth is located in the center of the museum. While the Café is not yet open, it will be a place to catch a bite between your visiting exhibits.
Rest your feet on one of many benches throughout the museum.
Each gallery shows the artwork of the specific E.G. Lutz book.
You can either take the stairs or the elevator to go to different floors.
Like Level 1, Level 2 showcases the artwork from each of E.G. Lutz’s books. Unfortunately, as these books are not currently in the public domain, these rooms are pretty much empty.
It is always sunny in the E.G. Lutz Memorial Art Museum.
Back on Level 1, you will find the Exit doorway.
Before you go, make sure you stop by the Museum Store where you will find E.G.’s books, T-Shirts, etc. There is even an Edwin Drawing Kit which consists of a pad of paper, pencil and sharpening knife. Don’t worry, there is always a sale price for that item.
Thank you for joining us on this tour. Feel free to walk around the museum as you like.
